A: No, high water stays just for about an hour.

A: Not really. Just when high water is predicted to be higher than 1.25 mts which doesn’t happen too often.

A: Sometimes in summer there are mosquitoes. Every apartment has electric anti mosquitoes.

A: Yes, there is always a vaporetto to reach the Giudecca Island. For schedules click on www.actv.it.

A: You can buy them on board or at the ticket stands at Train Station, San Marco, Piazzale Roma, Zattere and Ponte dell'accademia. or at any tobacco stand.

A: All year round Venice is a romantic place to discover. Of course spring and fall are great seasons to walk around. Summer is great for beach lovers. Winter for art lovers: there's all kind of shoeows and concerts going on.

A: Check-out time is 9 – 11 hrs. If you need to check out before or after these times, please let us know at check-in.

Q: Are there any grocery stores on the island?

A: Yes, there are. They are all close to the Vaporetto stop Palanca. You can get all your essentials for a pleasant stay. There’s also a supermarket “COOP” a few steps from the Vaporetto stop.

Q: Can I do laundry?

A: Yes, there is one washing machine in our ground floor front desk. You can use it from 9 – 16 hrs.

A: No, there is no drier.

A: Yes, you can leave your bags at our front desk from 9 – 18 hrs.

Q: What kind of shoes should I bring?
|

A: You’ll be doing a lot of walking so please bring your must comfortable shoes. We recommend no hills shoes and runners.

Q: Are the apartments safe for children?

A: Without a doubt. Our apartments are safe thanks to our well-designed fenced windows and electric kitchens. We also have plastic cradles and comfortable beds for the older children.
